In 2008 it became abundantly clear that traditional financial tools and strategies were subpar at best. By 2010 I became deeply entrenched in my contrarian beliefs, and by 2013 I had talked to far too many people who were clueless as to what individuals and corporations do to protect, grow, and harvest real wealth.

In particular, few people knew that if you randomly pulled 100 of the top 1% of individuals, 75 of them would have life insurance as a foundational component of their wealth building strategy. Not for the purpose of paying loved ones when they died, but as a fundamental part of their strategy to maximize wealth.
